Recent Holga

I traditionally have had a love-hate relationship with Holgas; mainly because they tend to be a pain in the ass and can damage your film if you don’t fettle them appropriately (see images for evidence of this). However, after purchasing Michael Kenna’s seminal book I decided to give them one last try. I’ve got two, plastic lens and glass lens versions. I think I’m beginning to get it.

All images made on Ilford HP5+, developed and scanned by the ever awesome Canadian Film Lab.
